Visitor’s Policy
:
All visitors shall be required to report to the principal’s office upon entering the school building. No staff member shall transact business with or permit the continuing presence in any district school of a visitor who has not been duly registered with the    principal’s office. No one will be allowed entry without prior appointment. No one will be allowed entry without prior appointment.
  • All visitors to the schools will require a prior appointment (at least 15 minutes notice) stating the reason for the appointment.
  • If a student has a scheduled appointment, such as a doctor/dentist appointment, the  student’s parent/guardian must provide the student’s teacher with written correspondence, such as an email or note, advising the teacher of the time of the student’s pick up from school.
  • In case of the early release of a student from school, visitors must present personal photo identification in order for the school to release the student to the visitor.
